Who is Insured?

All Teams & Players registered by Firhouse Carmel F.C.

When does cover apply?

Insured players are covered only while plying in league matches of the Schoolboys Affiliated Divisional Leagues at home or away.

While taking part in Training organised by the Club or league

Taking part in social activity organised by the Club or league

While carrying out the role of Club Committee Official, Team Manager or Coach

Proceeding directly to or from the Leagues or any member Clubs away fixtures, as part of an organised party, under the Leagues auspices, using private cars, motor coaches or public transport, but excluding motorcycles or aircraft.

The geographical limits of the policy shall be -

Ireland, greatBritain & Northern Ireland

This Insurance is extended to include the Following;

Medical expences - up tp € 7,000, which include....
Dental treatment, Hospital surgery, Manipulative massage, Therapeutic treatment, x-rays or Nursing treatment, including the cost of Medical supplies & Ambulance hire, and incurred within 52 weeks from the date of the accident.

The Policy DOES NOT COVER -

The first € 100 of each & every claim
Costs that are recoverable under any other policy

The Insurance is extended to cover the following;

Hospital benifit
€50 will be paid for each completed 24 hour stay in Hospital after the first period of 24 hour hospitalisation - to a maximum of € 1,000

Kid's Camps & Academies;

In respect of kid's camps & Academies organised by the Club, this Insurance is extended to include Childeren as temporary members of the Club
