Can I remain anonymous?
You can contact us anonymously if you do not want to tell us who you are. However, it's really helpful to have your name and contact details, as we may need to contact you for more information in order to protect the child, children or the best interests of our Club.
It may also help to protect a child if you give permission for us to share those details with another agency where necessary, so that they can seek further information from you if they need to.
If you are willing to provide your details, but do not want us to share them with other agencies, please indicate this.
